How many of you are there?
How much does it cost? Are you part of a running club? How far do you run? How fast do you run?
How many of you are there?
There are about 20 of us who meet each week. As not everyone can make it all the time there are usually about 15 people on any one run.
How much does it cost?
It is free to run with us. If you want to use the showers and changing facilities at the centre that is two pounds.
Are you part of a running club?
No. Some people who run with us are members of proper clubs but the group is for anyone who wants to join in.
