Got a pair of Nike Zoom Ds going for 25 quid. Size 9. Bought them in the US but too small for me. Gutted.

Ultra-FIT magazine has an article about cross training for endurance athletes in issue Vol 18 No 4 which is out on 8 May. Worth a look.

Next session

This week it's going to be a 20min pace run followed by 8 x 400m. The pace run will be on the grass with the 400ms on the track so wear suitable footwear.
